A handmade sata andagi shop has opened next to the Southern Gate Bridge in Yashimacho.
The crispy and fluffy sata andagi come in four flavors: shell ginger, which has a distinctive aroma, plain, brown sugar, and matcha. If you contact them in advance, they will prepare freshly fried achikoko for you, which is nice.
The store also hosts workshops where you can make things like shell ginger pine marshes and nameplate key chains.
"Angel's Pearl" is Ishigaki's first pearl digging experience, and you can also use the pearls you dig up to make your own original accessories (16 different parts to choose from).
