島の食材を気軽に楽しめる「島割烹一（はじめ）」は、石垣近海で獲れた鮮魚や石垣牛など、島の食材をふんだんに使用した島割烹料理を提供。割烹歴53 年の澤さわ大将が腕を振るい、日替わりの先付けをはじめ、西京味噌漬け焼きや紅ズワイガニ宝石箱、熊本県産馬刺しなど、島では珍しい逸品を提供。日本酒は甘口から辛口まで約10 種類を揃え、ワインやソフトドリンクも豊富に揃う。
