An Okinawan cafe serving Yaeyama Pandanus. The interior is designed with recycled wood, stone, and palm leaves, giving off a bright tropical atmosphere . They sell individually handmade bags and ceramics such as mugs made from Pandanus (lauhala) leaves , and also offer a shell shisa making experience. The menu includes smoothies made with fruits from Ishigaki Island, rib soba made with Pandanus sprouts, a rare ingredient that has long been served at celebrations and memorial services in Yaeyama, and "Sakinoya Gyudon" (beef bowl) created by a famous chef.
