The shop has opened where you can taste bread made with Genki Milk, a familiar product on Ishigaki Island, and gelato supervised by world champion Shibano Daizo, a member of the chef group (Super Sweets) of which Chef Tsujiguchi is the representative. Genki Milk Bread, which has a rich and chewy texture, is made using only milk without any water. Other products that fully showcase the deliciousness of Genki Milk, such as milk pudding and cheesecake, are also manufactured and sold in the store. A yogurt booth is also scheduled to open in the future.
