Harue Miyawaki, the owner of a soba restaurant, used to run in Misaki-cho. In response to requests from customers for the restaurant to be revived, she decided to open "Kuwachi Shokudo Haru."

The restaurant's distinctive feature is its fresh, handmade noodles made in-house.

The fresh noodles are made with a unique blend and have a chewy texture, offering a different taste to the boiled noodles you normally eat.

The noodles, which are carefully prepared over a long period of time and effort, have a taste that can't be found anywhere else and are said to be very popular with customers.

They also serve nutritious, healthy noodles made with moringa grown without chemicals by the owner. The recommended menu items are the soki soba and the juicy sashimi set.
