Directly behind Tokumura Confectionery Shop is a small bakery run by Mr. and Mrs. Heidoku.

The bakery was started when her husband, Morihiro, retired, and the name of the bakery, "Monrou," is apparently his long-time nickname.

Monrou sells different breads depending on the day of the week.

Since it is difficult to bake many different types of bread at once, the bakery is cleverly designed to allow customers to enjoy a variety of breads by making different breads on each day of the week.

Monrou's bread, made with 100% domestic wheat and additive-free dough, is well-received by customers for its "gentle taste."
