Okinawa's first flower ohagi specialty store has opened in Shinkawa.
These gorgeous ohagi rice balls, shaped like flowers that bloom in each season, are made by hand, one by one, starting two hours before opening.
They are particular about the ingredients, using carefully selected ingredients such as the highest quality glutinous rice from the Hida region and red beans from Hokkaido, achieving both beauty and deliciousness.
They also offer a wide variety of other menu items, such as melt-in-your-mouth warabimochi, flower dango, and hibiscus cream soda (only available at the Ishigakijima store).
"Eat-in options are available, so I hope you'll take your time in our store, which has been carefully designed from the interior to the tableware," says owner Tamura.
