A project by the Yaeyama Commercial and Industrial High School's tourism course, which was launched with the aim of increasing consumption of seafood from Ishigaki Island, is collaborating with the monthly magazine Yaima!
The "Ishigaki Island Sashimi Shop Map" has been completed, compiling information such as the type of fish handled by each store and whether or not they sell tempura, and adding comments from the students' own research!
