"Approximately between Sanbashi-dori in the east and Manseikan-dori in the west, with the market (the current location of the public market) at the center, along Chuo-dori, Ginza-dori, and Odori (current Yui Road) from the south, many different stores lined up, and this area was called the shopping district."
