"The sea is sometimes gentle and sometimes harsh.
We have received many blessings from the ocean. But these precious oceans are being polluted by the "garbage" we produce.
This is the story of the people of Yaeyama who have taken action to protect beautiful oceans for the future by taking on the marine littering problem that is affecting the world's oceans as their own problem.
