The 163rd runner is Naomi Takasugi.

This column introduces recommended "nmasaa" (delicious) restaurants.
The baton was taken over from the 162nd runner, Miho Akamatsu, by Naomi Takasugi, owner of the beauty salon UNAMANO.

"It's my favorite restaurant and I often go there when I want to chat with friends over lunch or when I want to indulge in something sweet. The taco rice at Green Flash Cafe is healthy and packed with vegetables, the portion is just right, and it's delicious."

"We use our special taco rice with our original homemade sauce. We use free-range eggs from Yaeyama Ikuseien for our soft, runny eggs. We moved to Green Flash in Okawa in April. We also offer a full range of take-out options, so please come and visit us," says Hashiguchi.
