"Snack Lisbon," beloved for 51 years, has reopened as "BAR Lisbon."

The new concept is "Do you know the famous sake Awamori?"

The shop was started by the owner, Tsutomu Uechi, a former architectural engineer and certified Awamori Meister, and Yusaku Uechi, a former bartender in Tokyo's Ginza district, with the desire to further promote Ryukyu Awamori.

They stock Awamori from all 46 breweries in Okinawa, and you can enjoy this famous liquor in a variety of ways, including cocktails made with carefully selected Awamori.

"Please enjoy our world-famous awamori, and let's promote awamori not only on Ishigaki Island, but all of Okinawa Prefecture!" says the store owner, Uechi.
